Our web site is designed as a self-help tool where you can order services, request a quote,(here you can see a ball park figure of our pricing) re-schedule services, and submit your feedback at any time. Your privacy is important to us. We use your information for direct contact with you, and share it with nobody.

Want to know what to expect from Our Maids? The Typical Services page explains in detail the services (cleaning, the baseboards, mini blinds, window seals, and much more) you receive for your money.

Our customer care center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to answer all your calls and e-mails. We will promptly answer any Saturday and Sunday requests on Monday morning. Our teams start working at 8:00 a.m. You can choose your appointments at 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and the last one at 4:00 p.m. if time allows. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, email us at CustomerCare@OurMaids.com or call our customer care center at 866-460-3138 the same day (within 24 hours after you received service) to get the item in question corrected at no cost to you!
Note1: Any claim made after this time frame will not be accepted. Note 2: If you need to cancel, please do so a day in advance. If Our Maids go to your home and you are not there, you will be billed or charged your card $59 for the trip. Note 3: You get the 10% off any lower quote, but the services need to be the same.
